Returns and Refunds

Return Period: Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in size and color may occur and are not considered defects.

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed. Payment will be made within a dew days.
Courier Fees: Customers are responsible for all courier fees for returns or exchanges unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items). Courier fees are non-refundable, even if the item is returned in good order.
